Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in running hotel operations. The role focuses on delivering 100% guest satisfaction, improving KPIs, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The Team Lead will mentor hourly staff, monitor expenses, and support revenue-enhancing initiatives while acting as GM when required. This position requires strong leadership and guest service skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to meet KPIs and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and job performance expectations.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing within budget and approved vendors.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Support sales activities to increase occupancy and revenue.
