Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations at our Scottsdale property. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue, and maintaining cost controls while ensuring safety and brand standards are met.

You will help train associates, resolve guest issues, monitor inventory and expenses, and support sales efforts to increase occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a 100% guest experience commitment and supports the GM in daily hotel operations.
• Assists GM in driving revenue, reducing costs, and boosting guest and associate satisfaction.
• Supports training of associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforces company standards and policies, including safety reporting protocols.
• Monitors guest balances and processes refund checks as directed by the GM.
• Oversees inventory and purchases to stay within budget and maximize GOP/EBITDA.
• Acts as first contact for guest service issues and elevates to GM when needed.
• Promotes service culture and ensures 100% guest satisfaction among hourly staff.
• Participates in sales activities to increase occupancy and generates leads in the local market.
• Provides front desk, housekeeping, and other support as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspects guest rooms and monitors social media responses for timely action.
• Conducts quick-hit meetings, db checks, and visual inspections as required.
