Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations at our Daytona Beach property. You will help drive guest satisfaction, supervise hourly associates, and ensure adherence to brand standards while managing safety and budget guidelines.

The role requires prior hotel experience, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Proven ability to read and write clear memos and communicate with guests and vendors.
• Operate the property management system technology.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing hotel operations daily to drive KPI performance and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and improve efficiency and profitability.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Support revenue initiatives, inventory, and vendor management within budget.
