Extended Stay America in Dearborn, MI seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction across all areas of property management.

The role includes supervising 8–15 hourly associates, enforcing brand standards, and training staff while maintaining safety and security. ESA offers a competitive environment with opportunities for growth and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Solid English communication skills for guests, colleagues and vendors.
• Ability to operate the property management system (PMS).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and manage budgets.
• Follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Oversee/d supervise 8–15 hourly associates.
• Organize multiple priorities to run daily operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assists the GM in managing hotel operations daily.
• Promotes brand standards and policy compliance at the property.
• Trains associates on standards and performance expectations.
• Monitors safety and security procedures as per company guidelines.
• Monitors in-house guest balances and refund processing.
• Supports revenue growth and cost control to meet EBITDA targets.
• Serves as first point of contact for guest service issues and escalations.
• Embraces service culture and drives guest satisfaction.
• Instills a guest-satisfaction mindset among hourly staff.
