ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations at Minneapolis - Eden Prairie location. You will focus on guest satisfaction, staff development, and operating efficiency across departments to meet KPI targets.

The role requires prior hotel experience, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to brand standards and safety. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Assists GM to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve guest/associate satisfaction.
• Trains associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds company standards and policy compliance at hotel level.
• Monitors guest balances and issues refund checks.
• Monitors inventory of supplies and equipment within budget.
• Serves as first contact for guest service issues.
• Promotes safety and security procedures.
• Instills 100% guest satisfaction objective to hourly associates.
