Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will supervise hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, manage safety procedures, and help monitor inventory and budgets to improve GOP and EBITDA. This role supports a welcoming guest experience and团队 collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a 100% guest satisfaction mindset and leads daily hotel operations.
• Assists the GM in driving revenue, controlling costs and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Trains associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds company policies and safety procedures at the hotel level.
• Monitors guest balances and vendor relationships to support GOP targets.
• Oversees inventory/purchasing within budget and approved vendors.
• Acts as first contact for guest issues and escalates when needed.
• Provides front desk coverage and relief as required.
