Zusammenfassung

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to support hotel operations and drive continual improvement in KPIs and guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest and associate issues, assist the GM, and ensure safety procedures are followed across the team at the Extended Stay America property.

The role includes supervising 8 to 15 hourly associates, training on brand standards, and helping manage revenues and costs consistent with company policy and guest service commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.

• The Team Lead assists the General Manager in managing hotel operations to improve KPIs and guest satisfaction.
• Resolves guest and associate issues and ensures safety and security procedures are followed.
• Oversees daily activities of 8 to 15 hourly associates and trains staff on brand standards.
