Job summary

The position emphasizes leadership of 8–15 hourly associates, adherence to brand standards, and proactive collaboration with vendors and guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Prior hotel experience required; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Solid communication skills for guest and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing hotel operations day-to-day and improve KPIs.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and escalate when needed.
• Oversee 8–15 hourly associates and ensure safety procedures.
• Support sales-related activities to increase occupancy and revenue.
