Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations at Mt. Pleasant, SC. You will guide hourly associates, uphold brand standards, manage safety procedures, and strive for top KPI performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training on standards, handling guest issues, and supporting revenue and expense controls while maintaining a professional service culture.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Previous supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Assist GM in ensuring associates drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Assist GM in training associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds policy compliance and safety reporting at the hotel level.
• Assist GM in monitoring inventory and purchases within budget.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to the GM as needed.
• Provide front desk coverage and backup duties when required.
