Job summary

Extended Stay America Mount Pleasant seeks a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, drive KPI performance, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction. The role resolves guest and associate issues, trains staff, and steps in for the GM if required.

You will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, uphold brand standards, manage inventory within budget, and contribute to sales efforts to boost occupancy at the hotel.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations and KPI improvement.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Promote policy compliance and safety procedures at the property.
• Monitor inventory and ensure purchases stay within budget and with approved vendors.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Support sales efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
