Responsibilities include recruiting and training, budget control, and ensuring maintenance of rooms and public areas. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and the role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required.
• Customer experience required; ability to lead and motivates teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to achieve guest satisfaction targets and financial goals.
• Provide leadership to property associates and ensure brand standards are met.
• Recruit, interview, onboard and train new staff in company programs.
• Manage labor costs and purchase orders within budget and vendor approvals.
• Monitor guest experience and respond to postings and issues.
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate hotel updates.
