Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.

You will supervise 8 to 15 hourly associates, train staff, monitor revenue and costs, and support front desk, housekeeping, and sales efforts.

This role requires strong English communication, prior hotel experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across locations in Orange County.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Assists GM in driving revenue, reducing costs, and increasing guest satisfaction.
• Trains associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds company standards and policy compliance at hotel level.
