Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest and associate issues, support training on brand standards, and ensure safety procedures are followed to optimize efficiency and profitability.

The role requires supervising multiple hourly associates, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining adherence to budget and EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate basic instructions and write concise memos.
• Operate the property management system effectively.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations with units of measure.
• Follow written and oral instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Supervise 8–15 hourly associates and train staff on brand standards.
• Assist GM in training, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor safety, security, and incident reporting procedures.
• Support revenue initiatives and front desk/housekeeping as needed.
