Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Buckhead seeks a Front Office Associate to deliver superior guest service by fielding calls, greeting guests, and coordinating messages. You will attend to guest requests with efficiency and courtesy to ensure a smooth stay.

You will act as dispatcher for security and operations, handle wake-up calls, and assist with emergencies while maintaining calm, courteous communication across teams.

Qualifications
