Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and reconcile transactions accurately.
• Proficient in hotel management software and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures and billing details.
