HEI Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta (Buckhead) is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily guest services, registration, and concierge operations. You will ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences, uphold brand standards, and support budgeting for the Rooms Division.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, a high school diploma, and hotel industry familiarity. Hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout and service while applying brand standards.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and assist in budget development for Rooms Division.
• Train staff and manage labor costs using scheduling tools.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain high satisfaction.
