Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Ability to use a computer system and input guest data accurately.
• Calm, patient, and able to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during arrival and departure with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Greet guests, provide information on hours, local attractions, and services.
• Complete registration in the computer system; confirm guests and rates.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand programs to guests.
• Allocate rooms based on guest needs and manage payments and folios.
