LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to lead hotel parking operations in the absence of location management. You will support a high-performing team, protect the guest experience, and help maximize revenue while maintaining safety and service standards.

You will supervise Shift Leads and frontline staff, assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding, attend client stand-ups, and coordinate pre-shift huddles.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Ability to demonstrate urgency, timeliness, teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to drive a standard-transmission vehicle.

Mansioni

• Support location management with the financial, operational, safety, and service-related success of the hotel.
• Plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of Shift Leads and frontline employees.
• Attend daily client stand-up and resume meetings.
• Ensure pre-shift meetings or huddles are held each shift.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding prospective employees.
• Ensure safety initiatives are communicated and implemented.
