Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hotel associates to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest readiness of rooms and public areas.
• Adhere to ESA Brand Standards and recruiting procedures.
• Onboard and train new associates including required training programs.
• Control labor costs and manage daily staffing and payroll activities.
