Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager with day-to-day hotel operations and to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency. The TL resolves guest and associate issues and helps develop profitability, safety, and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires supervisory responsibility, coordination of daily activities, and occasional budgeting input to maximize GOP and EBITDA. Strong English communication is essential for team and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Willing to supervise 8–15 hourly associates and support GM.

Responsibilities

• Promote 100% guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist GM to drive revenue, control costs, and improve GOP.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures at hotel level.
• Monitor guest balances and assist with inventory and budgeting.
