Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations at our Daytona Beach property. The TL will work to optimize performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability, and may assume GM responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities include training associates, enforcing brand standards, monitoring budgets, handling guest issues, coordinating inventory, and supporting front desk and housekeeping as required.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication skills and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforce safety and security guidelines across the property.
• Monitor guest balances and issue refunds as needed.
• Oversee daily operations and inventory within budget.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to GM when necessary.
• Support front desk and housekeeping as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel to assist/cover additional locations within a reasonable geography.
