Job summary

Extended Stay America in Richmond, VA seeks a Team Lead to support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will train associates, enforce brand standards, monitor safety, and help manage budgets and revenues to meet EBITDA goals. The role may require stepping in as GM when needed.

Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential; prior hotel experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• Strong English reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing daily hotel operations.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and ensure safety.
• Monitor inventory and budgeting to support GOP/EBITDA goals.
• Provide front-line supervision of 8–15 hourly associates.
