Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, driving revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction. The role includes training staff, enforcing brand standards, and ensuring safety compliance while managing operations and guest relations on site.

You will oversee 8–15 hourly associates, collaborate with management to meet EBITDA targets, and act as GM when required. This is a hands-on supervisory position in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory abilities with experience overseeing 8–15 hourly staff.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to train staff on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Experience operating property management systems and related hotel tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and associate issues; escalate to GM when needed.
• Monitor inventory, purchases, and adherence to budget; support GOP targets.
• Lead safety and security procedures and ensure policy compliance at the property.
