Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for Extended Stay America Virginia Beach. You will lead operations, drive revenue and control costs while maintaining high guest satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Expect to oversee budgeting, reporting, and team development, building strong relationships with owners and community partners to elevate the property’s performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years progressive hotel or related field experience; or 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience; or 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and drive financial results to maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute sales plans; manage key accounts and partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address issues promptly.
• Inspire and coach the team; foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Act as the hotel ambassador and maintain relationships with owners and local community.
