Extended Stay America in the United States is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising 8–15 hourly associates, maintaining brand standards, and guiding staff to meet KPIs.

You will handle safety, training, revenue initiatives, and coordination with vendors, with a focus on delivering consistent service and budget alignment across all hotel functions.

Qualifications

• Solid English reading, writing and verbal skills to communicate with guests, associates and vendors.
• Operate the property management system technology.
• Oversee daily activities of 8–15 hourly associates.
• Organize multiple priorities for peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and brand standards.
• Assist GM in driving revenue, reducing costs and improving guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety reporting.
• Monitor in-house guest balances and vendor relations.
• Support sales-related activities to increase occupancy.
