Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards. The TL may assume GM responsibilities when required and must enforce safety, budget, and policy guidelines while driving revenue and occupancy goals.

The role involves supervising 8 to 15 hourly associates, training staff on brand standards, and acting as a first point of contact for guest issues, with strong emphasis on service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Prior hotel experience is required.
• Preferred: supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to drive revenue, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold safety and policy compliance at the hotel.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and budget to support EBITDA.
