Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, driving revenue, reducing costs, and achieving 100% guest satisfaction through strong leadership and adherence to company standards.

The Team Lead resolves guest and associate issues, supports training on brand standards, monitors inventory and budget, and steps in for the GM as needed while ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Solid English skills for reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate property management system technology.
• Basic math for unit measurements.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in increasing revenue, reducing costs and enhancing guest and staff satisfaction.
• Assist GM in training associates on brand standards and job performance.
• Uphold company standards and policy compliance at the hotel level.
• Monitor guest balances and issue refunds as needed.
• Monitor monthly inventory and budget adherence; optimize purchases.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and resolve or escalate.
• Promote 100% guest satisfaction among hourly associates.
