Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Team Lead to assist the General Manager in running daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and strong financial performance. You will resolve guest and associate issues, maintain safety procedures, and help implement brand standards across the property.

Responsibilities

• Promote 100% guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Assist GM in driving revenue, reducing costs and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforce safety procedures and policy compliance at the hotel.
• Monitor inventory, budget, and vendor purchases; support GOP goals.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and resolutions.
