Job summary

Extended Stay America in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize revenue. The TL steps in for the GM when needed and helps ensure safety and compliance.

You will mentor 8–15 hourly associates, coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory and balances, and handle guest issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience.
Prior hotel experience preferred.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates commitment to guest satisfaction.
Assists GM in driving revenue, reducing costs, and guest/associate satisfaction.
Assists GM in training associates on brand standards and job performance expectations.
Upholds policies and promotes safety and compliance at the hotel level.
Assists GM in monitoring guest balances and refund handling.
Monitors inventory and ensures day-to-day purchases stay within budget.
Serves as first contact for guest service issues and elevates when needed.
Promotes service culture and 100% guest satisfaction among hourly staff.
