Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations in Boston. You will drive initiatives to improve revenue, control costs, and achieve 100% guest satisfaction, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will train staff on brand standards, monitor guest balances and inventory, and serve as the first contact for guest issues, stepping up to the GM as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with property management system software.
• Basic arithmetic and numerical literacy for budgets and balances.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed by all staff.
• Support inventory, purchasing, and revenue initiatives to meet budgeted EBITDA.
• Provide back-up coverage for front desk and housekeeping when required.
