Responsibilities

• Resolve guest and associate issues and ensure safety procedures.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor inventory and purchases to align with budget.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and escalate when needed.
• Support sales-related activities to increase occupancy and outreach.
