Job summary

ESA Management, LLC operates Extended Stay America hotels and is hiring a Team Lead to support GM in daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. The TL will oversee 8-15 hourly associates, ensure safety, and help manage revenue and expenses.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Assist GM in driving revenue and controlling costs.
• Train associates on brand standards and job performance expectations.
• Uphold company standards and policy compliance at hotel level.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and ensure reporting.
