Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a Team Lead to support daily hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, budget control, and adherence to brand standards while supervising 8–15 hourly associates.

The Team Lead will assist with revenue initiatives, inventory management, and timely issue resolution, helping ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel operations or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to achieve KPI targets and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise 8–15 hourly associates; ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor revenue, costs, inventory, and vendor relations to optimize GOP.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to GM when needed.
• Support sales efforts to boost occupancy and local market presence.
