Job summary

OTO Development is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sunnyvale, CA. You will assist the General Manager in hotel operations, leading Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance and Food Service quality.

You’ll hire and coach staff, manage performance, and ensure high standards across the site while minimizing disruption and travel. This role requires 2+ years in management and strong GAAP/finance understanding.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience is required for consideration.
• 2+ years’ experience in a management capacity within a service organization.
• Knowledge of basic GAAP Accounting and Finance principles.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience supervising 5 or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in a variety of hotel operational duties.
• Lead the staff as coach and trainer in Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Food Service standards.
• Hire associates, manage performance, communicate feedback, administer discipline and training.
• Responsible for the total site in the absence of the general manager.
• Ensure the site operates to high standards and achieves great results.
