OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. You will coordinate schedules with front desk and maintenance, train staff, monitor safety, and help manage labor costs while ensuring brand standards.

This on-site role reports to the General Manager, focusing on delivering a spotless guest experience and maintaining high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces and hallways for cleanliness and order.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with front desk and maintenance.
• Verify completion of laundry and inventory restocking.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on tasks and schedules.
• Support leadership in managing labor costs within budget and staffing guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety initiatives.
• Develop work schedules and assign staff in collaboration with management.
• Conduct regular tours and ensure productivity and quality of work.
• Assist in team member selection and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with brand quality standards and dress code.
