Qualifications

• Experience operating hotel POS and PMS systems.

• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping and Front Desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare team member schedules in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Train staff in financial controls for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist check-in/check-out, front desk procedures, and guest services.
• Monitor daily bookings and manage oversell situations.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Work with other departments to ensure operations run in tandem.
