Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts Sunnyvale is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily operations across the Front Office, Guest Services, Night Audit, and Bell/Valet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will recruit, train, and develop Front Desk Agents and Supervisors, drive service excellence, monitor performance, and partner with every department to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant lifestyle hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven experience leading front office teams in a hotel.
• Experience with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including desk, guest services, night audit, and bell/valet.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Desk staff and supervisors.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, respond to issues, and ensure service recovery.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and scheduling to meet targets.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, revenue management, and other departments to drive upsell and guest experience.
