Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring peak performance and guest satisfaction. You will supervise 8–15 hourly associates and coordinate front desk and related duties while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires prior hotel experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid English communication. Supervisory experience is preferred, with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• HS Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Assists GM in ensuring associates drive revenue, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Assists GM in training associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds company standards and policy compliance at hotel level, including safety and security issues.
• Monitors in-house guest balances and issues refund checks as needed.
• Assists GM in inventory tracking and budget adherence to meet EBITDA goals.
• Serves as first contact for guest service issues and resolves or elevates as needed.
• Embraces the service culture and treats guests and associates with respect and kindness.
• Instills a 100% guest satisfaction objective to hourly staff.
