Job summary

OTO Development is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sunnyvale, CA. You will support the General Manager with daily hotel operations, lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service standards, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest service.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory capacity within a service organization, knowledge of GAAP, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with limited travel.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance, business, operations, management or related field preferred.
• GAAP accounting knowledge and finance principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising teams of 5+ employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with a variety of hotel operational duties.
• Lead staff as coach and trainer in Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Food Service.
• Hire, manage performance, provide feedback, and administer discipline.
• Oversee site operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure high standards and strong results across the site.
