Job summary

Seatac Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations in a dynamic property. You will supervise department heads, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth daily operations across rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, safety training, and acting as the administrative link between departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or business.
• Proven hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Choice Advantage or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations in coordination with the General Manager.
• Manage guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Monitor finances, budgets, and staffing; approve plans and procedures.
• Lead training programs and ensure safety and energy protocols.
• Handle guest and employee complaints and facility inspections.
