Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to act as a key liaison for hotel guests and support the General Manager. This hands-on role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.

The AGM will lead daily operations, drive staff performance, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience with a major hotel brand is a plus (e.g. Hilton, Marriott).
• Exceptional guest service orientation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily scheduling and activities for hotel operations.
• Collaborate with General Manager to foster a positive work environment.
• Support frontline staff across departments.
• Oversee guest services, including check-in/check-out and breakfast service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
