Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.

You will guide the team, uphold service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and strong communication. This role emphasizes team development, scheduling flexibility, and collaboration with vendors to maintain a guest-ready property.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back-of-house operations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong team building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Mansioni

• Lead staff in the absence of the General Manager and support team development.
• Post checks in PMS, manage weekly labor tracker, and payment reports.
• Maintain guest readiness by upholding cleanliness and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate housekeeping and inspect rooms.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and guest relations.
• Lead in-house sales and marketing to improve occupancy.
• Cover shifts as needed to ensure operations continuity.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure security.
