Raines Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily hotel operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will implement departmental strategies, enforce policies, and support front desk, revenue, and reservations teams.

With a focus on HR, training, and compliance, you will drive operational excellence and capital projects to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. A background in hospitality management and strong leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred
• Experience as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager or similar role

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments; assist General Manager in departmental strategies and goals
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
• Recommend staffing actions in line with company rules and policies and alert GM to issues
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform their jobs effectively
• Supervise staff across departments as needed
• Utilize company-wide tools, systems, and applications
• Provide hands-on support for front office operations
• Monitor accounts receivable, invoices, and customer payments; escalate non-payment issues
• Oversee front office, revenue, and reservations to ensure guest satisfaction and secure transactions
• Maintain safe and secure environment for guests and assets
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• Escalate incidents to HR/Insurance as needed
• Maintain proactive HR functions including training, wage/benefit administration and labor compliance
• Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance assets and brand loyalty
