Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar applications.
• Experience with the brand's PMS and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing actions and alert the General Manager.
• Ensure staff training and provide necessary tools and equipment.
• Supervise multiple departments and frontline operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and weekly invoicing; follow up on payments.
• Support front office, revenue, and reservations to deliver guest service.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and assets.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Report incidents to HR, Insurance, and other parties.
• Support HR functions: staffing, wage/benefit administration, compliance.
• Recommend capital improvements to enhance assets and brand loyalty.
