Job summary

Raines Co. in Woodstock, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily hotel operations and lead the front office while supporting the General Manager in achieving service and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Prior Assistant General Manager or equivalent hospitality management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Experience with brand PMS and POS systems.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments; assist GM in department strategies and goals.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures across departments.
• Supervise staff in multiple departments as needed.
• Ensure accounts receivable are updated; process invoices and follow up on payments.
• Manage front office, revenue and reservation functions to ensure superior guest service and security of assets.
