Qualifications

• Experience with PMS and POS systems is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff assignments for hotel operations.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures across departments.
• Support General Manager in staffing decisions and HR-related actions.
• Train staff and ensure tools and equipment are available for job functions.
• Supervise staff across multiple departments as needed.
• Ensure front office, revenue, and reservation functions meet guest service goals.
