Raines Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily hotel operations and lead a team of associates. You will ensure service quality, staff development, and adherence to company policies across departments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on front office support, revenue management, and maintaining a secure, guest‑centered environment that aligns with the company’s values and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hotel operations and staff leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong MS Office/365 skills.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and staff assignments.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage HR actions and ensure staff training and compliance.
• Support front office operations and guest services delivery.
• Supervise multiple departments and optimize revenue functions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing.
• Recommend capital improvements to enhance assets.
