Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a related degree is preferred.
• Experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant GM.
• Familiar with PMS and POS systems used in hotels.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to meet profitability goals.
• Manage departments: front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational plans for the hotel.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster owner relationships and report on performance and issues.
