Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or GM in hospitality.
• 3–5 years’ GM experience.
• College education preferred.
• Understanding of hotel management best practices.
• Strong decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations to deliver guest service and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Oversee service quality and compliance with brand standards.
