Stonebridge Companies in New Orleans is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, with emphasis on front office and housekeeping functions. You will drive guest satisfaction and ensure performance aligns with brand standards.

In this role you will analyze occupancy and rate trends, assist in budgeting, train front desk staff, and oversee revenue management activities while maintaining strong financial controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years of hotel management experience, front-of-house/rooms division preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage staff and interact with guests.
